How to use
It is recommended to use sunscreen outside at all times, but especially in summer or when the UV index is very high. Sunscreen should be applied approximately 15-20 minutes before going out in the sun and the rule of thumb is to use one handful of sunscreen to cover the entire body. This goes for both adults and children. It is important to reapply sunscreen, especially after bathing, showering or sweating. The recommendation is to reapply sunscreen every 2 hours or so, depending on your skin type, the time of day and if you are sunbathing or in the shade. A water-resistant sunscreen will allow you to bathe 2x20 minutes without the protection fading, but after that amount of time you should reapply sunscreen to stay protected.
